Because our artwork and handmade items are carefully created and packed, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hellomaria.business@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item/packaging, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Please note:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Minor color variations may occur due to screen settings and are not considered defects.
